Warranty Information
EcoVessel products purchased from EcoVessel Australia are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect care, damage caused by drops, dents or impact, or damage caused by dishwasher or freezer use.
Lids, seals, straws, ice packs and totes are considered wearable parts. These may wear over time with normal use and are only covered for manufacturing defects within the first 6 months from the date of purchase.
If your warranty claim is approved and the exact product, colour or part is no longer available, we may offer the closest available replacement product or part, a replacement item of similar value, a store credit or a refund where appropriate.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at info@ecovessel.com.au and include your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, photos of both sides and the bottom of the bottle, and a brief description of the problem.
We usually respond within 2 business days.
Where a replacement is provided under warranty, shipping charges may apply.
Alternatively, approved replacements may be collected free of charge from our warehouse in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane.
