How to check your bottle and lid

Look for a date stamped on the base of your bottle, then check the part:

  • Boulder Lids may not fit a bottle dated 2014 or older.
  • Adult & Kids Straw Lids may not fit a bottle stamped 2013 or with no date. Not recommended for hot drinks.
  • The Perk coffee lid fits Perk, Boulder and Summit bottles from 2015 or newer.
  • Boulder O-ring seals are for the latest 2020-style Boulder lids only.
  • The new Summit's spout is fixed: it doesn't take replacement removable spouts.

Warranty on parts

Lids, seals and straws are wearable parts, covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. Bottles, mugs and cups have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Spare parts questions

Can I still get spare lids and parts?

Yes, while they last. We have spare lids, seals, straws and bumpers for the bottles we sell. They are limited and won't be restocked, so if your lid or seal is wearing out, it's worth picking up a spare now. See the parts that fit your bottle, and how many are left, on our Spare Lids & Parts page.

What warranty do I get?

EcoVessel products bought from EcoVessel Australia have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Lids, seals, straws, ice packs and totes are wearable parts: they are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.

If a claim is approved and the exact product, colour or part is no longer available, we may offer the closest available replacement, an item of similar value, a store credit or a refund where appropriate. The full terms are on our Warranty page.

Can I return a lid I've opened?

We can't accept returns on opened accessories (where the packaging has been removed), including straw and screw cap lids. If you're not sure a part fits, check your bottle first or send us a photo and we'll help. A faulty part is covered by the warranty.

Will you restock EcoVessel?

No. What's in our Brisbane warehouse is our final stock of the EcoVessel range, and it won't be restocked. When a colour or size sells out, it's gone, so if there's one you love, now is the time. Shop the Final Stock Sale.
