Shipping & Returns
We ship to Australia & New Zealand only:
Shipping is calculated at the order checkout via weight and location. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 in Australia.
For New Zealand customers there is a $20 AUD flat rate per order for standard shipping or $30 AUD for express shipping.
For Australian orders we ship with eParcel (Australia Post):
- Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is dispatched. If you are not at the designated delivery location when the driver arrives, they will leave a card and you will need to collect the parcel from your local post office within 14 days.
- We offer Express Post services if required for that special occasion.
- To authorise the driver to leave the parcel at the premises without being signed for you must write in the Order Comments 'Authority to Leave Granted' (by doing so you accept sole responsibility for any damage or theft that may arise).
New Zealand orders will be shipped by eParcel (Express Courier International) or by Aramex International and you will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched.
Order Pickup: Items may be picked up and paid for at our office/warehouse: Raw Blend, Unit 10, 176 Bluestone Circuit, Seventeen Mile Rocks 4073 Brisbane Australia. We have a showroom with all EcoVessel products on display.
When your order has been processed and payment received, your order will usually be dispatched the same day or next business day (please note: we are not open weekends).

*Shipping times are expected but not guaranteed by Australia Post or Raw Blend (including express shipping). Delays may occur due to COVID 19 and limited flights.
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases, we will gladly exchange or refund any new (unused & undamaged) products within 30 days of the purchase transaction. An admin/restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be incurred for returns, no fee will be incurred for exchanges or if the return is for warranty or repair reasons. We don't accept returns on any opened accessories (where the packaging has been removed), this includes straw and screw cap lids.
The product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and submitted with proof of purchase. We will not reimburse shipping charges and customers returning products do so at their own cost and risk (we recommend taking out shipping insurance and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returns). If returning a product, please include a note explaining the reason for the product return along with your contact details.
Any items that are missing or that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph and your order details within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and the item will be promptly replaced.
We will not accept returns or offer refunds on any used products and will not be held responsible where a customer has made an incorrect choice regarding a product.
If ordering through PayPal or AfterPay and you wish to return/refund your order, you will not be reimbursed the merchant fees as they are not refunded by PayPal and AfterPay.
